Cylinder rebuilding schedule
to Stage One |

The
machine is split into its three major components and the cylinder is
removed. The crown wheel is removed and all white walled bearings are
inspected and replaced where necessary.
The ratchet tension bar on the cylinder is
removed and a slot is cut into the bar to assist with the tensioning of
make ready material. |

On
replacing the cylinder, all bearings are checked, lead screws are
inspected, freed and replaced where necessary.
Delivery: all cam tracks are
checked and replaced where necessary. All chains are checked and replaced
where necessary. Delivery grippers are checked and replaced where
necessary. |

Feeding
Section: Check for all worn parts, especially fed lift tables and
in-feed grippers. All worn and damaged parts are replaced.
Air-system pump removed and serviced, all
air pipes are replaced. |

The machine is then
re-assembled by our experienced engineers, and each stage of the rebuild
is checked and lubricated as required, ensuring that the manufacturers
tolerances and are observed at all times to ensure the smooth operation of
the machine. |
